All classes and private sessions provide lots of modifications and ways to make the postures/asanas available to various fitness levels. Come and see for yourself. Yoga is a practice for living that can change you...inside and out! Did you know? Yoga Moodra donates a portion of earnings (5% or more) to local food banks and charities?? Open Door Food Shelf in Dakota County, Metropolitan Ministries, and Feeding Tampa Bay are some of the charities that have benefitted from your class participation.
