Yoga Moodra

Yoga Moodra is a gentle practice designed to help you get in touch with your own strengths and your own capacity to change and grow physically, mentally and spiritually. If you are new to yoga, if you are dealing with stress, transition, or struggling to find a way back to feeling good about  your health and wellness, you are in the right place! All classes and private sessions provide lots of modifications and ways to make the postures/asanas available to various fitness levels. Come and see for yourself. Yoga is a practice for living that can change you...inside and out!
