The current mood of our yoga community is that online yoga is going great!! We will continue to meet via ZOOM. Please join us...from any place where you have a WIFI signal. No need to travel or fill your gas tank!! Practice from the comfort of your own home. or wherever you may roam.

January 3-March 28th (skip 2/28) 12 class session fee is $100.
Need a shorter session? 6 class session January 3-Feb 7th. $55.

Brenda is a long-time yoga student of mine. She responded to my challenge to "strike a pose" and is showing great form in her Side Angle Pose! Throughout her cancer treatments, Brenda has continued in her yoga practice and often takes time to offer encouragement and support to new yogis in class. (Do you have a fun picture of you striking a yoga pose? Send it to me and I will happily share it on the website ..with your approval of course! Be an inspiration to others! )
I feel blessed by the fact that so many of my students have been taking my classes faithfully for years. Occasionally, they move away! Here are some thoughts from a long-time student of mine:
