Online recorded classA fresh online recorded class is available each week of the session, so you can complete your yoga practice at a time and place that works for you! A class link with a unique password will be sent out for each class and each recording will be available for 7 days. Give yourself the gift of practicing yoga multiple times a week at times convenient for you!

Tuesdays Online LiveAll Yoga Moodra classes meet via ZOOM. Please join us...from any place you have a WIFI signal. No need to travel or fill your gas tank!! Practice from the comfort of your own home while connecting with others in this live class session.

Brenda is a long-time yoga student of mine. She responded to my challenge to "strike a pose" and is showing great form in her Side Angle Pose! Throughout her cancer treatments, Brenda continued with her yoga practice and often takes time to offer encouragement and support to new yogis in class.
