The current mood of our yoga community is that online yoga is going great!! We will continue to meet via ZOOM. Please join us...from any place where you have a WIFI signal!
Fall dates: Tuesdays, 4:30pm Sept 14-Oct 19th. Fee is $45
Late fall session: October 26-December 14 (no class 11/23 or 11/30)

Brenda is a long-time yoga student of mine. She responded to my challenge to "strike a pose" and is showing great form in her Side Angle Pose! Throughout her cancer treatments, Brenda has continued in her yoga practice and often takes time to offer encouragement and support to new yogis in class. (Do you have a fun picture of you striking a yoga pose? Send it to me and I will happily share it on the website ..with your approval of course! Be an inspiration to others! )
I feel blessed by the fact that so many of my students have been taking my classes faithfully for years. Occasionally, they move away! Here are some thoughts from a long-time student of mine:
Karen, I want to thank you for your powerful and compassionate teaching, and for the years of inspiration and body/soul care on the mat. I think I've been attending classes with you for 8 years! I will miss our regular sessions, and your loving spirit, as I have been blessed beyond measure through your work!

2020 (and now 2021!) has been a wild ride to say the least. We all need to work on being as healthy as we can be during the COVID pandemic. If you are ready to reduce stress, feel more flexible, and gain strength in both mind and body....you are invited to join us. While we are online for now....we are continuing to stay connected as a yoga community. Try out an online class session. Practice bending and breathing in the comfort of your own home with no judgment or competition.
